What you'll do
- Run pre-set, pre-qualified estimates — no cold calling, no door knocking
- Close residential and commercial painting and refinishing projects
- Own the entire sales pipeline in our CRM — software we built ourselves, with tools nobody else in this industry has
- Build the sales playbook and, as we grow, the team under you

Who You Are
Built for a closer
- A proven closer — in-home sales, home services, or trades sales background is a big plus
- Painting experience NOT required (we will teach you the trade) — but if you have it, you will be highly valued
- Self-managed, competitive, and accountable
- Valid driver's license, able to cover Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach, Stuart and the greater Treasure Coast
